Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- Romania & EU: 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
- United States: 7–20 business days
- Rest of world: 10–25 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or events outside our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
